Looking for an easy way to display the online status of one or more people? With Online Offline Manager you can manage a group of user's online status in real time and they can independently log online and log offline using a standard webform. You can totally customize the look of the login form and online/offline graphic indicators and build it into your website page(s).

Images are generated based on the status so there is no need to change the graphic manually on webpages and it works with a standard IMG tag so it will work on any html page, yes, even on free hosts! This script is great for live events like cam shows, phone operators, displaying your online status in your blogs, it doesn't interface with or require special messaging apps to be installed so it can be used independently as an online indicator. Q: Is this easy to install?
A: Yes! There are a small few setup variables to define and one data directory to create. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to install. Installation is now included as of purchases made after 9/26/2003, so if you don't want to install yourself, then we will install on your server for you.

Q: How do I add new users?
A: You simply fill out a form in a browser based admin area and the user is added!

Q: How do I add indicators to web pages for specific users?
A: You add an indicator like you add any other IMG to a webpage with the one exception instead of calling a graphic directly you call the special php script with the name of the person you want to track the status of. IE. let's say you wanted to track the user: username your code would look like this:

Q: Do I need to install on every site where I call the indicator?
A: No, you only need to (and the single license is for only one) install on one website which is php-enabled. Then you can call using img tags from other domains the online status of users. If you want to install on more than one website than you need to purchase additional licenses.
