Payment For Custom Work and Script School Advertising

We use iCheck for secure online checks (US only) which is our preferred method of payment because it is quicker and we both get receipts, or choose the option you prefer below. As of March 8, 2002, and by popular demand, we are now accepting PayPal payments for up to $200 US for script orders/installs.

CURRENT RATES as of 1/1/2001:

Our custom programming charge is currently $70 US per hour.
Our current regular script install rate for most scripts is $35 US per hour and you are entered into a que for the next available install slot.

If you need emergency priority install service our current rate is $70 US per hour and the order will rise to the top of the priority que. Usually this work is completed within 1-12 hours of receipt of payment.
Our rate for technical support for 3rd party scripts is currently $140 US per hour.

All our commercial scripts include technical support for bugs in the code within the same version absolutely free. If the install is messed up either because of a botched server move or user has messed up the original setup, we'll fix at our regular install rate or emergency rate, depending on how soon the customer wants the work done and our current production schedule.

Snail Mail: you can snail mail checks, money orders or cash to our office address listed at the bottom of this page. This will take anywhere from 3 days up to 30 or more days depending on where you are sending the money from. Be sure to include a note about what the money is for and your email address so we can contact you when we receive the funds.

Federal Express: We cannot receive Federal Express payments at the office address at the bottom of this page, however we have a physical address where we can provide for Federal Express payments. Please contact us for this address. Federal Express is next day business service.

Western Union: For our overseas customers that don't have a bank in the US or Canada, Western Union is usually the best option. There are two different types of Western Union, one is a money order that works just like snail mail and will take 3-4 weeks for us to receive from international customers. The other is the instant payment plan where you provide us with the following information:

Who you are (real name of person sending money or company sending money)
Where the money is being sent from
Western Union tracking number

and WE provide you with the following to send the money to:

1. Script name(s),
2. Number of licenses
3. Whether you want us to install the script or not (this requires an extra charge of $35 minimum, unless otherwise stated on the script sales page that install is included at no extra charge)
4. And your email address to send the PayPal bill to pay.
